You are responsible for polls, images, usernames, and comments if added later.
You must not post illegal content, copyright-infringing content, harassment or threats, malware or phishing links, or explicit sexual content involving minors.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Rogue Rank a license to display, store, rank, and distribute that content on the platform.
Ranking Disclaimer
Rankings are generated through user voting and algorithms. Rankings may be biased, inaccurate, manipulated, or change over time.
User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Rogue Rank does not pre-screen all content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and publish.
Moderation and Termination
Rogue Rank may remove content or accounts, suspend access, or terminate access at our discretion.
Disclaimer and Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Rogue Rank and its operators are not liable for user-generated content, data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on rankings.
